Insurance Information

Our clinic operates as a fee-for-service provider. Many insurance plans exclude coverage for obesity or medical weight loss management, which is why we do not accept direct insurance billing. However:

If you have a PPO with out-of-network benefits, certain costs may be partially or fully reimbursed.
Patients are responsible for processing their own insurance claims.
We can provide documentation to assist with reimbursement.
